Will a 4G mobile phone work in any other country?

I am buying a mobile phone (Nokia Lumia 920) from Dubai and I am willing to use it in Egypt ... I am not sure if 4G has the same working bands in different countries or not ..

Any idea about that?

Note: 4G is not yet in Egypt , but I am asking for future use

as long as you are buying the factory unlocked version of the phone that means it will work in any country on any carrier
the lumia 920 also does support 4g so it would work
