how do i retrieve my yahoo email? HELP URGENT PLEASE?

here's the situation

i have this other e-mail address for business, and i seem to forgot my password, so then i tried all the passwords i had, then to success i got the correct one(why? you'll learn in the next part) but somehow yahoo is telling me that i am logging the e-mail from another computer or something like that, so it gave one of the security questions, unfortunately, i forgot the "answers" to those security questions since i built the account 2 years ago. And I couldn't think of an answer because the question was so random, I figured I did it because I was too lazy to actually choose and answer a security question.
With bravery, I tried answering it, but I was wrong. So my e-mail account has been temporarily locked for 12 hours.
THIS IS ALSO URGENT...
Because that is the e-mail that I used for my Twitter account, but my account got suspend for no apparent reason. So I tried sending an "appeal" to Twitter. After minutes of typing, I sent it.
Then I realized that the e-mail I used was in fact the e-mail that could not be open. So I got scared, why? Because Twitter will indeed send a message to that corresponding e-mail, and when I don't reply for the time given, I think they will suspend your account forever or something, and I'm too afraid for my account to get suspended, most especially since it was a "joint" twitter account for me and my coworkers. So I'm definitely in fear right now.
