How do you tweet on twitter.com?
Don't call me stupid, but how do you send messages to people and stuff like that?

You don't technically "send" messages. If you use Facebook, twitter is basically like the "Status Update" feature of Facebook. All you need to do is sign up with an account at twitter.com, and from there you can just tell the world what you're doing and stuff.
Examples: I just got up and it's almost noon, ugh half my day is wasted! Just had the best burger at Burger Baron! Om nom nom Ads |

You first of all have to have an account. You can send public messages using the @username, and you can send private messages to followers only, using the direct message link on the side of the page.

Twitter is not a chat site. Saying @name:What's up? and having a convo would be spam.

Tweet = Your status or what you want to share the Twitter world.
Eevrytime you "Tweet" people who follows you gets your message. So if you have 0 followers, no one will see your tweet. You can also send a direct message to any of the twitter users as long they follow you and their DM (Direct Message) is activated. |
