Why doesn't my blackberry access facebook!!!!!!!!?

It says 'you are currently on a service plan that does not support this application if you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to update your service plan.' What does this mean, I'm with Orange, and they said I need to top up another 5 pounds credit in order to use facebook, what's happening, my wifi works, twitter works, but myspace facebook and 4 other messaging sites don't?

Download Opera Mini and access facebook from there. I wanna believe you have data plan with your service.
