Act mature! first all all. Do NOT engage in petty, waste of time drama and gossip. Know your place!! Speak/write properly, refrain from vulgar and obscene language. If you're well educated and intelligent, then use it, use big words sometimes. Try not to be attention-seeking. Start intelligent conversations sometimes, engage in conversations about current-affairs. Don't be mean, racist, judgemental or biased.
