Following someone on twitter?
There is an option on twitter to receive alerts any time a specific person tweets. If you chose to turn on these notifications, would the person you've selected be notified?

They are Mobile Text notifications. First you need to connect your mobile no. to Twitter in Twitter settings then you will recieve all your replies, retweets & who followed you. And yes if you choose to turn on notifications of a specific person, you will get all his tweets on your phone & the person will not be notified that you are recieving his tweets on your phone.
