Can I get charges pressed against me?
A women on facebook accused my cousin of being a child molester, but has no proof. She has accused him of things before because she doesn't like him. I got into a very nasty conversation with her with me cursing at her and her talking crap about me and my family. To put her in her place I told her I was going to post our conversation on the internet. She replied with "Go ahead"

Now she, her son, and her daughter are harassing me on twitter .Her son is threatening me and she's threatening to press charges on my entire family if I don't remove the screen capture of our conversation.

That's the story. My question is can she press charges against me even though she said she didn't care if I post it to the internet?
One thing I should mention is that the conversation was on the facebook messenger between me and her. Nobody else could see it until I posted the screen shot. She said she didn't care if I posted it, but I'm not sure if it being on the messenger makes it a different case.

She can't do shit, she chose to put it on a public site and you could press charges for harrasment and threats. Just tell her you are going to press charges, beat her at her own game.

No way. She shouldn't have said anything online she didn't want the world to see. Death threats can be very serious but what you are describing not so

Technically by posting your conversation, you are using your free speech right. As long as the conversation doesn't say racial/hateful comments or personal information, you are fine.
