Is there a 3rd party website that helps you get more facebook friends?

if you accidentally send a friend request to the wrong person, you might get blocked from sending friend requests for a while. for that reason, i haven't sent any in a while, but i was wondering if their is a trick or 3rd party website that you can use to add friends, without worrying about getting blocked.
