I'm trying to make a website for teens?

I have some ideas
-you can come and talk about life, or famous people and listen to music, you can ask and give advice or
-it's the latest dish on teen celebs w|pictures and their twitter

Should i just do both? and I'm not sure what to call it. Oh and I'm making it on webs.com

Do both and call it teen.com

just make it a facebook page with links to twitter, mispace,youtube,google+ ect to put it out there, that way its much easier to put up as well. and y not do both.

btw if u use the word teen in it most ppl will assume its a porn site. google the word teen on images.....
