How long until my Twitter is un-suspended?

My twitter account @Sarah_teehee has been suspended for over a week or two and I don't know when I am going to get it back Can anyone tell me when. And will I also loose my followers when I get it back
And I use my twitter at least twice a week so I just wanted to know when I can access it again
