How can I get more views on youtube?

I just recently made a youtube channel a couple of days ago. My problem doesn't seem to be the quality of my video, at least i hope... But rather the marketing of it? What are some ways to get my video watched? Heres a link to it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJL0u00_hAM&feature=plcp

There is a term called SEO (search engine optimization), do it for the your video then you will be able to get more views to the video than post and share your videos with your Facebook friends and fans.
