How do I put a profile picture on twitter?
I just made a twitter and when I go to the settings under "Profile" there isn't a "Browse" button to click on for me to click to find a picture. Any suggestions?

That's strange. I was able to upload a picture when I opened my account but I just looked under Settings>Profile and there is no "Browse" button either! And that's the way to do it according to the Help.
