I keep getting hacked!! PLEASE HELP!?
It all started when I was doing my homework and my computer randomly started playing music and commercials by itself. I did a little research and found out that it means that someone has hacked my computer. I tried anti virus scans but it wont help. One day I got on my email on that computer, and the next day I got an email that said that someone was trying to access my account. I changed the password right away to something very challenging to guess.
I think its because my computer was hacked, so it made my Email more easy to access.
Ever since then, I have avoided using that computer. However I still get suspicious activity going on, on my other accounts.
Then I forgot, so I decided to play World of Warcraft on my computer, thinking it was fine.
The next day I got an email of suspicious activity so I changed my password to something hard.
I played on a different computer, but today It wouldnt let me log in. I checked my Email and it said that someone has changed my email for the account, so I cant access my account anymore. The company Blizzard wont answer, and I am basically screwed. If you know that game takes a lot of time, so I pretty much wasted all my time playing it. I am really mad that somebody keeps wanting to do this to me! I am really tired of changing passwords. Can somebody give me a solution? I NEVER share my passwords and antivirus scan just doesn't help. And now I just lost my World of Warcraft account to a hacker. Please help Sad

For those of you wanting to skip the reading this is what was hacked:
-My laptop
-My Email- I have changed the password more than 3 times
-My Twitter-
-My World of Warcraft account which is now gone since the Email has been reset.
IS THERE A SOLUTION? Please dont say anti virus scans because that didn't help Sad

The only fail-safe way of getting your computer completely clean is to re-install your operating system (ie. Windows). You can do this with your boot disk. Back up all your important documents to an external hard drive and start fresh.

I recommend doing this so you can finally have some peace of mind I personally don't trust any antivirus to find everything.

You might have an RAT. A RAT can control your computer. Anyways get norton power erase it's free. It will perform a really deep scan and it will restart your computer during the scan. If that doesn't work then i think you have to reinstall the entire system or smash it lol. Get Norton Power Erase at security.Symantec.com/nbrt

I’m no expert when it comes to hacking, but…

I run XP on my computer. If you run a different version of Windows, this path may vary.

Firstly, on your desktop click Start\Control Panel\System. Now click on the Remote tab.

Make sure there is no tick in the box labelled "Allow Remote Assistance invitations to be sent from this computer".

Make sure there is no tick in the box labelled "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer".

Now click the Apply button, then click the OK button and return to your desktop.

Also, whenever a web site asks if you wish your password to be remembered, always say no.

If you run Firefox, click Tools\Options\Security. Under Passwords, make sure there is no tick in the box labelled "Remember passwords for sites". Now click the OK button.

If you use a different browser, I'm sure there will be similar changes you should make.

Once that's done...

Try this:

Boot your computer to the Safe Mode menu screen. You do this by repeatedly pressing F8 as soon as you boot up. Once there, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with Networking. Continue to boot from there, by pressing Enter. You will now see some drivers being loaded. There will be a pause at some point. This usually lasts for no more than 30 seconds.

Once at your desktop, download this free package.

When you click on the download button, wait for a few seconds and the download box will appear, without you having to enter your name or email address.

Save it to your desktop, unzip it...click on start.exe...then click on Emergency Kit Scanner. Wait for it to open (this may take a couple of minutes), then get updates and run a Deep Scan (the scan may take a while):

Hope this helps.
