How to start a blog with a friend?

Me and my buddy want to start a sports blog. We both have a pretty good twitter following so we could easily get people reading it and we both agree on a lot of things sports.

We are just wondering how we would go about this? Do we alternate who blogs? and what are some good blog sites (i personally like blog.com)

Also what are some ideas you could give for special weekly things we could do? We were thinking we could do some things to include our twitter followers in the blog sometimes.

wordpress is a good for blogging. You guys could alternate or you could just both write from 2 different perspectives. Like your view and your friends view.

Take a look at Wordpress. It is such a great blogging community and it is free. Another great thing about Wordpress is that there are so many plug-ins that you can easily implement on your blog.

I think you need to figure out what kind of sport blog you want to create. Is it a fan site? Is it a single sport you want to cover or is it all kind of sports. You need a plan before you start out.
