how to make twitter and facebook buttons for email signature?

I'm currently using mac mail and I'm trying to create facebook and twitter buttons for my signature in my emails. Does anyone know how I can create and insert these buttons into my signature of all my emails?

The person who you are e-mailing will need to have HTML e-mail reader setup in order for the buttons to appear on their computer
