What happens if you block someone on facebook ?

If they have inbox messages from you will your name still appear on them if you've blocked them?

The messages will disappear from their facebook, it's like you're wearing an invisiblity cloak

They will not be able to see your wall , posts pictures etc. They will not be able to send you private messages as well. They will be able to come to your profile. See your profile pic on the top left corner and that's it. They will not have access to any of your information.

Everthing that you've done on facebook-EVER is hidden from them , they can't find you , mesage you or contact you in any way whatsoever ,all your pictures, videos, or even the pictures you're tagged in will be hidden from them.
Facebook has gone to almost extreme lengths when they worked on the blocking aspect, they where also under lots of pressure from users, investors, shareholders, companys that use facebook to market, press ect. and most of all, human privacy rights .
So rest assured your info will be safe.
