Amazon will publish for you at no cost. They will even sell hard copies and will only print one up when one is ordered.

Try hawking it on the street corner. Be sure and get an old style newsboy hat. You could just hold up a piece of paper with your QR code on it.

If I had a bank cards that wasn't in selections, I'd get a duplicate. Maybe at some point in the far away upcoming. I began studying some of it with the free review choice. Crazy things Best wishes, man.
