how do you sign into twitter on football manager 2011?

Ive heard you can use twitter on football manager 2011 and wondering how you do it?

15.4. Social Network Integration
Users of Twitter and YouTube will be able to update their friends and contacts on their Football Managerâ„¢ career like never before. Simply sign in with your credentials and when you hit an achievement during your career, you will have the option to post it to your status on Twitter.

Users will also have the possibility to upload video highlights of goals to their YouTube page. From the Match Screen, you will have a list of possible videos to upload. Simply select the one(s) you wish to upload, and click the button to send them to YouTube, where they will be processed, allowing you to watch and share them with as many people as you want.
