This person is posting the links of my twitter account,Facebook account,& my other accounts so every can see them what can I do can I call the cops 4 this because this is my personal information.

try changing your password it could just be spam. thats what happened to me but i have no clue

This is poor trolling.
People are stupid, but not to this point.
You can block anyone not a confirmed follower on Twitter and you can block anyone on Facebook.
So yeah not so much on the well thought out trolling here.

Turn up your privacy settings on all your social networking sites to close friends only and block anybody you don't recognise. Change your password.
