How do I get my twitter account back?

Ok people. Here's the deal. Some low life hacked my twitter account, changed the password, changed the email address, and now I can't get it back. I made a new account and tried to contact customer support but they haven't helped much. I can get into the (hacked) account on the twitter app but I can't change anything. Help!

whats ur username? get people to mention him/her and get it back that's what i did and we threaten dhe hacker that we'd call lawyers and teh police they got scared and gave it back
