Basically any celebrity is goign to have a twitter account or if they dont other people will have already taken their name. I remember a story a while back about a comedian offering like 10k to buy his name back from someone who already had it. If your looking to do something like that wait for the next social network you think will be big and start snappiong up all the celeb names.
