If you live in Florida, and someone from texas was posting your breast pic on their twitter, and deleted it, can you still go to the police and have the police give you a court date? (even if that person doesn't know anything where exactly you are at.nothing?

It depends I guess if the face is visible in the picture as well. If it is just a picture of naked breasts but you can't see the face it should not be an offence.

It is also fairly easy to track the owner of any twitter/facebook or any other account by police, so always think before you do stupid things on the internet. Lot's of people go to jail for stupid things they have done online.

It is quite hard to understand if you were the victim or if you were the one who posted someone else's naked picture online...
