I'll subscribe to you.
By the way, you can get subs by asking people to sub to you at the end of a video. Ads |

I had a video called "Retarded Running Llama" which ahd over 2,000,000 views. And do you know what I did? I accidentally deleted it! >:/
But before that happened, this is how I got subcribers (Or atleast views) - Post your videos to Reddit - Post your videos to other sites like: Dailymotion, Break, etc, - Copy and paste a link to your video on famous people's Twitter accounts (I know it's very irritating, but it works!) - And of course, make really good videos |

I use Vagex.(http://vagex.com/?ref=220683)
I've only been mucking around with it for a couple days but it works pretty well so far. Its a standalone program that works off of IE. People can use it to view videos, and get more credits if they like, sub, and comment. So its user driven, and youtube doesn't have much to ***** about. Credits are pretty cheap to buy, or you can make your own by letting it run in the background overnight, and just allocate the view credits to your own video. Its been the least sketchy solution I've looked into so far, and it IS driving views, likes, subs, and comments to my video! |

I watched your channel, some videos are good, but I think if you want to get more views and subs on youtube, my suggestion:
1. make your videos looks like the better(add clear and funny intro texts on the video directly, add right background music, add sepcial effects, etc, and if you don't know how to do that for youtube, you can use youtube movie maker to help you, free download it from makeyoutubevideo.com, and view channel 'youtube.com/easymakevideo' for further help.), that will help you to get more subs. 2. input more and right video tags, right tags are so important, and please note, the tags not just unique words, should be some related phrases, that will help your videos to be searched by more youtube viewers. 3. promote the videos to get more views(you also can use youtube movie maker to promote videos to get more views on youtube(manage videos module)). 4. post video as video response on other popular similar videos. 5. add other popular and similar youtube maker as your friends. 6. share your videos on your popular facebook, twitter, blog, etc. 7. share your videos on the right and popular forum. |

First of all the Partnered channels are making money through advertisements posted by Google Ad Sense. Anyone who clicks on these adds on YouTube they will send a few pennies to that user. They don't make money off of subscriptions and you should know that if you have a personal channel.
The reason the subscribe button was there was to show support or interest in the other user's content. I know people who have a ton of subscribers. I have only 85 and I am not a partner. I am fine if I don't get paid by Google for making videos. I will try to make a new channel in the hopes of it being larger than it is. |
