What does "we're cool" mean?
I have a lot of people who say they are cool with me, who will not talk to me, who will not trust me, who will not do hardly anything with me. Most of my friends hardly (or people I am cool with) want to talk to me, act like I am not there at times, and it feels like I do not mean much to them. All they do is say hi, maybe talk some but they never go farther than that. Even some of them will not even talk to me on facebook, twitter, or even at church. They are stuck with their close friends. Its like I am not as comfortable with them like I am with my true friends (people I can trust, people I enjoy myself around, people I can easily flow with, people I have a true bond with and it feels real, not phony).

Is this another phrase, for acquaintance? or casual friend? or what you call it. Its like people use it and in their hearts, they dont mean hardly anything to them.

It means you're an acquaintance that they do not dislike, maybe but not necessarily really a "friend" though. It can get a little complicated I guess.
