Nickname twitter already taken?

Hi! I'd like to have my twitter name as my real name, @tommymila, instead of the one I have, @tomymmila906. @tommymila is someone who doesn't use twitter, he has 0 tweets 0 following and 0 followers since he singed up, more than 1 year ago. What can I do to have that twitter name? I tried reporting him as spam but he's still there!

even if he is not doing anything with it he still has a right to his account, he is not spamming anyone or anything so reporting him for spam wont get you anywhere, just shut up and realise its not all about what you want and if someone else beat you to the name then that's the way it is, get over it and if anything you should get YOUR account closed for trying to abuse the spam reporting tool just because you are jealous.

Basically nothing can be done. I am certain you are not the only Tommy Mila in the world. No way to really lay a claim to anything like that other than to be the first one to register it.
