I have a fangirling problem and it's taking over my life.?

I'm 16 years old and basically I'm obsessed with boy groups: One Direction, Union J, District 3 and the Janoskians. I've been obsessing over celebrities since I was 12 and I feel as if it's never going to go away.
I feel the need to stalk them 24/7, I always know where they are in the world and I have a Twitter account that I constantly tweet about them on.
When I watch videos of them I shake really bad and feel emotional, I get jealous when other people meet them even though I've met all of them numerous amounts of times.
There is never a day I go without talking about them, my whole family know their full names, date of birth, siblings and family members' names, the hospital they were born in because I'm just obsessed.
It's beginning to take over my school life and I'm losing friends over my obsession. I really want help!
