Can I get designs like this on my nails?

I love these designs and I'm not sure if any nail salon would be able to do this sort of thing, or does it require going to a super expensive fancy nail salon? Also, is there a name for the nail design in which the outline of your nail is a different color ( like the Chanel design in one of the pictures)? Thanks.
