How do I know if someone's Tweeted me back?

Okay, so on Twitter, you don't get notifications (like on facebook) when someone's replied to your tweet. You always have to check their profile, right? Well, I was wondering if there's an easier way to see their response without having to click on their profile.

So, how do I know if someone's Tweeted me back?

* Retweets
You click on the @yourusername
It used to be named @replies then they changed it
