How do I add a profile picture on my Twitter?

I just deleted my profile picture accidentally on twitter, and when I go to my profile, pick
the add a photo on my blank picture now it sends me to twitter settings, but I don't know where
to add a new picture..?? The pic is resized but when it sends me to my settings there's no browse
a picture or add a picture..if someone would go step by step I would appreciate it! 5 pts for the most

You can edit your picture or profile information in the Profile tab under your account settings. You can also click on the Edit profile button that appears on your profile whenever you are logged in to that account.

How to change your profile picture:

1. Log in to http://www.twitter.com
2. Click on your name to visit your profile (http://twitter.com/[username])
3. Click the Edit profile button. (This button appears for you whenever you are logged in.)
4. Click the Browse (or Choose File) button next to your profile image.
5. Select a file to upload as your avatar. Your image can be up to 700k in any of the following formats: JPG, GIF, or PNG. (Twitter no longer supports animated GIFs.)
6. After selecting the file, click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
