How do you send an email to a Twitter person if you don't have a Twitter account?
So if the person's address is @1234567 for example, can I email them from a normal email acount? If so what would be the 'email' address?

A Twitter username is unrelated to email address. They are separate systems.

Without a Twitter account, you can not communicate with a person on Twitter. Check their website for contact details.
