Is the pope in favour of killing gay people?
The pope is joining twitter to promote his ideas...30/12/2012
At around the same time the pope was drafting his first tweet, he met with Ugandan parliamentary speaker Rebecca Kadaga, who had earlier promised to level the death penalty for gays as a "Christmas present" to the Ugandan people (minus, one assumes, the Ugandans who will be murdered because of their sexual orientation). She received a private audience with the pope, and a blessing. Full article here: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/...homophobia Ads |

The Catechism of the Catholic church says
2358 The number of men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies is not negligible. This inclination, which is objectively disordered, constitutes for most of them a trial. They must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided. These persons are called to fulfill God’s will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord’s Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition. Edit to your question No, the pope is not in favour of killing gay people. If she received a private audience it does not mean he is in favoured with them. |

That's a well written article. And to be honest I wouldn't be surprised, that the Pope is being controlled by others as in what to say and, what to think and etc. Hopefully one day all this Uguandan BS will end as well as other religion based hatefulness.

Millions of innocent men, women, and children, since the introduction of Christianity, have been burned, tortured, fined, and imprisoned, yet we have not advanced one inch toward uniformity. What has been the effect of coercion? To make one half of the world fools and the other half hypocrites.

OK, so is he going to kill about 80% of his priests and perhaps about 25% of the membership. That would be great to see.
