What exactly is Westboro Baptist Church protesting about?
I read the story but I don't understand why they're protesting. What are they trying to accomplish?

Read their twitter. Because of homosexual marriage, "Pagan Christmas shopping" and attacks against their church.

They believe God killed those children and were sent to hell. They also believe they're the apple of God's eye.
