Hi,

It all depends on the type of Social Networking you do, you can't just say one is better. For Publicity, and for random people's traffic, Google + is better. For a safer, less random people traffic and organized following Facebook is better.

I just use Twitter to post every blog post link I have, it's like feed that's all.
