Why did YouTube change their website?
I hate how their new set up looks -- especially the comments section of videos. Now I'm forced to see everyone's ugly avatars when they post comments which really upsets me -- it detracts from YouTube's organized interface they had prior to the website update.

How do I go back to the older version of YouTube? Did the page change for anyone else? What are you opinions of it?

It looks horrible and ugly and I want to slap the designers. Send complaints and if we send enough, they will probably change it back. But if they don't, then they're going to lose some clients.

They can never decide on their format or layout. I'm sure it will change,,,yet again, I hate the current look of it.

There is no way you can go back to the old layout. This is not an optional feature set. Google has been trying to break into the social market, so it trying trick after trick to make that happen. They game out with.

- google buzz, massive failure,
- then google plus, moderate failure

Now they are trying to forcibly make people tie their Google plus page with their YouTube account and that is why you are having to see people's avatars. What I find even more annoying is having to scroll down trough comments by pressing the show more button. Google is trying to simplify things for the masses, but is destroying things for its core user group. They have been doing that ever since they took over YouTube. Remember the old 5 star interface of YouTube. That layout was SO much better. Getting to amazing videos was SO easy. I detest the new YouTube to the bottom of my ball sack. Sucks for users like us.
