How to download this picture to my phone?

i have a htc desire c and want some pictures on it from twitter but it gives me no option to download them? If i search a picture in google images i can press and hold and options come up but it doesn't work that way for twitter. There is no options button on the phone.
How do i download the pictures to the phone?

I have the same phone Usually if you hold your finger on the picture it was come up save picture or just hold the power button and the middle one then that will take a screen shot

you can take a screen shot.
to do this pres the power and home buttons at the same time
