i tweet them daily i do everything bt are theere any more tips that they can follow u bk and what things annoys the celebrity plz there are some ppl who say like " i cant belive we are friends now ian " and others so on
so can u tell me

i hear this day in and day out you got to remember they have busy lives everyday there not going to be on twitter 24 hours a day celebrity will answer your tweets when they get a chance take it down a notch

Well most Celebrities don't really follow or tweet back.Some do but not many
If you look at Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder's twitter page you can see they don't follow fans or tweet fans back.So you wouldn't have a chance with them.
You also have to keep in mind Celebrities get thousands of tweets every minute.They can't reply or read every single tweet they get
