I got someone I have been joke fighting with on twitter's number from a website online, posted it on my twitter. Then called it 2 times, I didn't say anything, I forgot to block my number. What will the police do if he calls them, and my cell provider? Thanks.

if he knows your number and tells the cops it the cops will probably just call you and tell you not to call the number again or you will get a ticket. When a cop calls you they normally call restricted. The worst that can happen is a ticket. A prank call is not worth $200. If you want to prank don't use your phone. However, if you called from one state to another, it becomes an interstate crime, and therefore, a federal offense. The maximum penalty for interstate phone harassment is 10 years in the federal penitentiary. Good luck.
