Problems with my android sharp?

Its activated and what not but i cant send or recieve pictures. When i try sending a pic it still be sending all night but will never get there. When i recieve a picture it wont download and i can never send it. Another problem is that i dont have any internet connections on there so i cant use facebook,browser,market or youtube. Can anyone with that phone or know anything about please help me and i will give 10 points,thanks.
