You can't make an organization on Facebook! However, you could start a fan page or group. Firms/Companies normally create fan pages to promote their main business, nobody actually uses fan pages to CREATE a business, and that is not possible. However, many people use fan pages to start movements. And by the way, you do need a Facebook Account to create a Facebook fan page.

You can make a page for an organization, which is what I assume your asking. Go to Create A Page, on Facebook, and click on Charity, Organization, Foundation etc.. And name your page! Click continue, and then you're ready to start! You can upload a profile picture, add apps to your page, add a cover photo, give a description, and share your page. Good luck!
