What are the laws in Canada regarding posting a picture of someone on a site?
What are the laws regarding posting pictures of someone on my own website. These pictures will come from Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, etc.

Does it matter if the picture is submitted by myself, or if an anonymous user sends it in?
