Blocking someone on Twitter?
Does it work the same way as facebook? As in they will not be able to find your account at all or are they able to find it and the only thing it does its just stop them from following you?
My tweets are protected either way.

No, you cant stop them following you
anyone can follow anyone else on Twitter because your tweets are public
