Can social institutions be radically changed in Russia?
For example, Russian economy is totally controlled by government, no fair market relations as in Europe and US. The government sector is closed from ordinary people. And so on..

Can such social institutions get radically and quickly changed in Russia and accept the new developed European model?

Or maybe there are some culture-integrated things and some countryes just can't be changed??
@Blonde A what do you mean?

"Russian economy is totally controlled by government"

1989 called, they're wondering what the hell this future thing called the internet is, that you got stuck in after that time machine accident, and whether you'll be home for dinner.

To wit, your ignorance is mind-blowing and the real question is whether it can be radically changed considering you're confident enough to ask such serious questions on the basis of such ridiculous lack of up-to-date real-world knowledge.
