suppose i want to purchase twitter followers from this tollowers.com <- for example
cost of 10,000 followers is $XX so when i click "order" button it transfer me to a paypal site so my question is I am in India and our currency is Rs. but when i select my country it shows VISA, MasterCard, Discover etc images but how can he withdraw? mean my account balance is in Rupees and he shows in dollar so how he would withdraw money in rupees or ??
