How do I stop Twitter from posting my personal facebook updates?

i have recently connected my band page to a band twitter account, but for some reason when I update my personal facebook status updates they appear on Twitter as well as my band page updates. I've tried revoking acces and even deleting the app off of facebook, yet it keeps on posting. Ideally I would like to update to twitter via my band page only, but I can't seem to get it to work correctly. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you checked your settings for these pages in both Facebook and Twitter for both accounts, unlinked them, and tried again?
