How do i stop thinking about her?

I met and fell in love with a girl of recent, but it's all lovelorn, which is distracting and making me sad. I thought about deleting her from my Facebook (though i did once) but thought it would be childish of me. But each time she post new pictures to her profile or when i listen to Don Williams and all that Jazz, i am forced to take my phone and do those crazy things:Like beg her. How do i just stop thinking about her and go my own way.

well heres what i think i think that you should count to 3 take deep breths then let her slip out of your mind then just ring your best friend or find a new girlfriend

you should delete her on facebook, or change your settings so that it doesn't come up on your news feed when she posts new things. if she asks why you deleted her, tell her the truth. it's not childish, you have to do what you have to do to get over her. try to avoid the things that make you think of her. when you feel like texting or calling her, call someone else instead. try to think about the positives of this relationship not working out. they may seem minimal to you, but you need to learn to accept the fact that she's not yours. try to get back on the market! who knows, maybe once she sees that you're okay without her, she'll miss the attention you gave her and she'll come crawling back to you. stay strong and good luck!
