What can I do to improve my youtube gaming channel/videos?

I have a youtube gaming channel and I would love to give all my viewers/subscribers the best content that I can make. I think it's really hard to get honest feedback from people so I hope that with this post/question I can get some honest feedback and that I can continue improving my channel.

Here are a few options:

1- Make your videos interesting, no-one will watch them if they aren't interesting!

2-Make them 10 minutes or less, otherwise people could get bored!

3- Make Videos to a specific catagory weather it be gaming or music, it can be different things and you could get more views and subs because you have more varity, but normally that doesn't work.

4- post onto social media sites, post to your friends and family. Posting on Facebook, twitter and other sites is reccomended.

5-SUB4SUB, not reccomended as people aren't active, but if you are looking for subs, ask on sub4sub websites. Such as a link I will give.

This is a great way to get started with getting more subscribers. All you have to do is go to this site and subscribe to 5 people and it will generate a link similar to mine. You then promote this link like I did and anyone who stumbles across this link will then subscribe to you. It sort of 'snowballs' I guess you can say. Here is the link and I highly recommend you upload your link to a youtube video or something like that.
