Things like Facebook twitter ect are addicting. You're not alone, many people are on it all the time. It's normal. If you'd like to try an stop spend less time on your computer or phone what ever you get on it. Try something that keeps you busy. I make scarfs or things out of duct tape what ever you like works! It's better if you can do those things in the same time that you play on Facebook is for the best. There are some real answers as to why people send so much time on it but who really wants those boring facts?

Don't worry, lots of people are - including me. It's because you can freely look up people and find out about their lives, look at pictures and much more. And, they will never know that you have done so. Pretty much, it is a way to find out more about people's lives without being caught or embarrassed by them. It's addicting to a lot of people, even though it really isn't interesting most of the time. =)
