How do you get a transparent twitter bar?

A lot of people on twitter have a transparent bar. Like, that side bar..
& They won't tell me or other people how to get one.
I'm just really curious.

You need a hex code put in and hex codes do not have transparency.
In Settings go to Design. At the bottom click on Change Design Colors.
If you make the background colour the same colour as your sidebar and sidebar border this will give you a transparent look, when in fact it is just blended into the background.
