Im 13 I'll be 14 in october my mom won't let me have a cell phone because we can't afford it, when I turn 14 I'm going to be a cadet on the fire department and will get payed $10 a run( more than $100 a year) and I was wondering if I helped pay for it if she would say yes, what do you think? And if she says yes what phone should I get? I like the Nokia lumia 920
