How can I promote my YouTube video and get more subscribers?

Hey thanks in advance for answers. I have a great call of duty based YouTube channel but only about 50 subs and I don't get why so can I get any ideas of how we can get more people to view and sub to our channel? Go to other COD videos on YouTube and post comments telling people to check out your page, Have all your friends tell their friends and so on. Tell your current subscribers to tell their friends about your page.

Give the videos interesting titles, "AMAZING TDM GAME".. Something to catch their eye, also putting other commentators (with similar videos) into the tags will make them appear on the right hand side of the screen.

Put tags on all your videos that are similar to other big channels.

way to get some more extra views from Y! answer folks. I will tell you what works for me assuming you are convinced that you have a good video that can create some buzz in the industry.

1. If you are looking for genuine human views then I highly recommend checking out http://www.youtube-hits.com

2. In addition to this, You can try things like Social Media Promotion (via Facebook and Twitter etc - it does take a while)You can also try to list your video in Google or Yahoo ad words program.

3. Other Video Suggestion:
Make your videos creative, add animation, cartoons, pictures, images..People love to see things that they can relate with. Add intro texts on the video about the key point. Upload more videos onto your channel. Improve your video tags, please note, the tags not just unique words, should be some related phrases, that will help your videos to be searched by more youtube viewers.
